Breakfast- wholemeal toast, banana and a glass of milk.
Hitting the gym.
Lunch- subway chicken schnitzel and salad.
Dinner- frozen pizza.
Snack- 2 mandarins. So, today wasn't a bad day. Hit the gym and ran 2.4 km on the treadmill, then did some fit ball work. Walked home to cool down, and hit up subway for lunch. My biggest problem is trying to drink enough. I don't seem to feel thirsty now. I can go most of the day without feeling the need for a drink. I def need to work on that! So last week I measured and have lost a staggering 38.5 cm all over, which I am absolutely chuffed about! And almost 8 kilos. My fitness has also improved, but I knew that considering I couldn't run for 1 minute when I first started! My trainer explained that whilst I'm also building muscle, I want see such a dramatic loss on the scales as muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm pretty happy so far. Only 3.6 kgs til my first goal! what shall I do for myself as a reward for hitting that first goal????? Hmmmmmm, something to ponder while I work hard to get there!
