Breakfast- 2 weetbix with skim milk and sweetner
Snack- banana
Lunch- pub meal, beef schnitzel with chips and salad. Today at gym, we did intervals on the elliptical and the bike. Then some weights, skipping and crunches. Today was our weekly lunch at the pub. It's my one indulgence and I'm not guilty about having it. Maybe later on I may have to give it up, but at the moment I'm still able to go. However, my cousin asked me out to tea as her husband is going away for work, and while I planned on going and just having a drink, I ended up having a bowl of wedges...... uh oh. I felt so guilty and heavy and bloated, when I got home I ran on the spot for 20 minutes in the hope it might help......especially seeing as how I have weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have a loss. Anything over .5kg and I'm happy. Fingers crossed!
