Breakfast- 2 weetbix with skim milk.
Lunch- vegemite sandwich, handful sakata crackers, snack- mandarin.
Dinner- Vegie burgers. Gym today was tough. We did a 1 km run around the park, with some serious headwind!!! Then inside for some boxing and finishing off with a 500m run on the treadmill. I was knackered! Weighed in today.......urgh, gained 100grams. Those darn wedges last night. I'm also thinking about having my main meal at lunch and just a light dinner. I'm starting to feel really bloated and heavy at night, which is just gross. But back at it tomorrow, I will get it off! 3.7 kgs now, hopefully within 2 weeks. I just need to be strict and STRONG!!!!!
