Breakfast- 2 weetbix with skim milk.
Lunch- vegemite sandwich, handful sakata crackers, snack- mandarin.
Dinner- Vegie burgers.
Gym today was tough. We did a 1 km run around the park, with some serious headwind!!! Then inside for some boxing and finishing off with a 500m run on the treadmill. I was knackered! Weighed in today.......urgh, gained 100grams. Those darn wedges last night.
I'm also thinking about having my main meal at lunch and just a light dinner. I'm starting to feel really bloated and heavy at night, which is just gross. But back at it tomorrow, I will get it off! 3.7 kgs now, hopefully within 2 weeks. I just need to be strict and STRONG!!!!!

Breakfast- 2 weetbix with skim milk and sweetner
Snack- banana
Lunch- pub meal, beef schnitzel with chips and salad.
Today at gym, we did intervals on the elliptical and the bike. Then some weights, skipping and crunches. Today was our weekly lunch at the pub. It's my one indulgence and I'm not guilty about having it. Maybe later on I may have to give it up, but at the moment I'm still able to go. However, my cousin asked me out to tea as her husband is going away for work, and while I planned on going and just having a drink, I ended up having a bowl of wedges...... uh oh. I felt so guilty and heavy and bloated, when I got home I ran on the spot for 20 minutes in the hope it might help......especially seeing as how I have weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have a loss. Anything over .5kg and I'm happy. Fingers crossed!

Breakfast- wholemeal toast, banana and a glass of milk.
Hitting the gym.
Lunch- subway chicken schnitzel and salad.
Dinner- frozen pizza.
Snack- 2 mandarins.
So, today wasn't a bad day. Hit the gym and ran 2.4 km on the treadmill, then did some fit ball work. Walked home to cool down, and hit up subway for lunch. My biggest problem is trying to drink enough. I don't seem to feel thirsty now. I can go most of the day without feeling the need for a drink. I def need to work on that! So last week I measured and have lost a staggering 38.5 cm all over, which I am absolutely chuffed about! And almost 8 kilos. My fitness has also improved, but I knew that considering I couldn't run for 1 minute when I first started! My trainer explained that whilst I'm also building muscle, I want see such a dramatic loss on the scales as muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm pretty happy so far. Only 3.6 kgs til my first goal! what shall I do for myself as a reward for hitting that first goal????? Hmmmmmm, something to ponder while I work hard to get there!

Here's to starting something!
Well, this certainly isn't my first rodeo. But here's to hoping it will be my last. I'm on my journey to a healthy body and mind. I've made a great start, and this 'diary' of sorts will hopefully keep me motivated and going strong.
